How much is shipping?
Use the shipping calculator at checkout for an accurate rate. U.S. orders over $100 and international orders over $150 get FREE shipping! Otherwise, you will see calculated shipping rates when you check out.

When will my order arrive?
Depends on where you are. You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.

How fast will my order ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive confirmation of shipment with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2-4 business days in volume times for orders to ship.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, our partner carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) are responsible for the final delivery of your package. If tracking information provided by the carrier states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office and verifying the shipping address provided during checkout.
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

Additional duties and taxes
The customer will be responsible for any additional duties/taxes necessary for delivery of international packages. These fees are NOT included in final prices online, please be aware of your country's customs charges prior to placing an order. Please note that Tinye Swimwear is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or the mail carrier.
