Return/Exchange Policy

To start your return/exchange process, please visit our Returns Portal here. Be sure to have your order number ready. Packages sent without first initiating a return request will not be accepted.

You can edit your order (shipping address, item size or style, etc.) within 1 hour of placing it.

Online Purchases:
Online purchases made through www.tinyeswim.com are eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Store credit can be used to reorder the correct style, color, or size. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Condition of Items:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. This includes being free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or any other products that alter the condition of the item.
  • All returned items are inspected by our Quality Control (QC) Team upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet our acceptable hygiene standards as outlined in this policy.

Return Guidelines:
We kindly ask that you try on swimwear over underwear or other protective garments. Please avoid wearing makeup, perfume, or beauty products that could stain or damage the suit, as this may make the item ineligible for return.

Free returns are available only if you selected Checkout+ at the time of purchase.
If you did not opt in to Checkout+, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:
– If a return package does not reach us safely, we are unable to process your return.
– All returns are voluntary. By sending items back, you agree to these terms and forfeit ownership of the returned merchandise.
– If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to deny store credit, a refund, or the return of your item(s).
– We cannot guarantee exchange item availability. We highly suggest initiating an Instant Exchange if you would like to secure your exchange item(s).

Return Window:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order being delivered. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
