Return/Exchange Policy

To start your return/exchange process, please click here. Be sure to have your order number ready. Packages sent without first initiating a return request will not be accepted.

Online Purchases:
All online purchases made through www.tinyeswim.com are eligible for store credit only. Store credit can be used to reorder the correct style, color, or size. We do not offer refunds unless items are damaged. Any request for an exception will be denied—no exceptions. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Condition of Items:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. This includes being free from stains, odors, make-up, perfume, or any other products that alter the condition of the item.
  • All returned items are inspected by our Quality Control (QC) Team upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet our acceptable hygiene standards as outlined in this policy.

Return Guidelines:
We kindly ask that you try on swimwear over underwear or other protective garments. Please avoid wearing makeup, perfume, or beauty products that could stain or damage the suit, as this may make the item ineligible for return.

Free returns are available only if you selected Checkout+ at the time of purchase.
If you did not opt in to Checkout+, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:
– If a return package does not reach us safely, we are unable to issue store credit.
– All returns are voluntary. By sending items back, you agree to these terms and forfeit ownership of the returned merchandise.
– If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to deny store credit, a refund, or the return of your item(s).

Return Window:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order being delivered. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
